Paint, draw, and design works of arts based off readings, writing, and spoken word poetry from famous and local poets. Each week brings new pieces to inspire!
CLAY HANDBUILDING John Fazzino Mondays 6 - 8pm | Ages Teen - Adult | $265 Dive back in or learn something for the first time! This class will teach you clay handbuilding techniques such as pinching, coils and slabs. Students with more experience will be shown unique ways to enlarge their work and enhance their understanding of the media. Basic materials provided, additional clay may need to be purchased.
CLAY ADVENTURES Abigail Falvey Tuesdays 3:30-5pm | Ages 4-7 I $220 This class will be focused on creativity, fun and skill building. Developing hand building techniques such as coil, slab and pinch to make unique clay projects including triptych tiles with fall motifs; clay “skull“ rattles; self-portrait platters and holiday tree sculptures.
BEGINNER WHEEL THROWING Abigail Falvey Tuesday 5-7pm | Ages 8 - 13 | $265 Students will learn the basics of wheel throwing and subsequent alterations of thrown objects. By the end of the program, students will know how to make cups, bowls, plates, handled mugs and lidded jars.
LEARN TO DRAW Vanessa Rundlett Tuesday 5:30 – 7 | Ages 10-16 | $180 Anyone can draw! Learn how to draw in various styles with mediums such as pencil, pen and ink or charcoal. Using grids and simple forms of measure students can create realistic self-portraits and still life drawings. Armed with the right tools students will explore fun drawing exercises to loosen their creative energy and learn to draw!

Students will begin to gain an understanding of basic building techniques while learning how to be expressive using clay, cardboard, paper, plaster, wire and much more. Mix up materials and use a little bit of everything to create a wide range of 2-D and 3-D artworks.
WHEEL THROWING FOR ADULTS- SORRY! This class is FULL! Shannon Casey Wednesdays 6 - 8pm | Ages Teen – Adult | $265 In this class students will learn and practice ceramic techniques on the electric wheel including concepts of wedging, centering, and other various basic methods. Students will leave this program with the ability to throw a cylinder, bowl, cup, plate, lidded pots/jars, bottle necks and handles. Students will also learn trimming and textural elements that they can chose to use on their forms. Various glazing practices and the many uses of glazing will take place in the latter weeks, dates depending on the pace of the collective group. Basic materials provided. This is a multi-level course suitable for beginners to advanced students.
FAIRY GARDENS Kayla Hetherington Thursdays 4-5:30 I Ages 8-13 I $180 Create your own fairy houses using items from nature such as moss, stones, sea glass, shells, acorns, etc. and then add special artistic touches to make houses that look as though they were created by real fairies. With the house built kids can then create a unique garden and even be able to make some tiny decorations for the gardens!
INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED WHEEL THROWING Abigail Falvey Thursdays 4-6 | Ages 10-16 | $265 Already have some experience with the wheel? This class is an opportunity to master those skills. Refine your trimming technique, improve the comfort of a handled mug, make a larger plate, alter a thrown object and create something new!
METALSMITHING & WAX CASTING Abigail Falvey Thursdays 6pm-8pm | Ages 10-16 | $235 Learn the basics of cold connection metal smithing techniques, metal piercing, as well as wax cast jewelry and small sculpture. Students will use skills gathered to create several complete jewelry pieces including rings, pendants, keychains, and more. Additional fees may be collected by the instructor depending on size of work and choice of metals.
